PLEASE NOTE: To secure an apartment in the course of your online appointment, you will need to make payment of a non-refundable deposit of R10 000 and sign a one-page Reservation Agreement to buy. Only once proof of payment and a signed Reservation Agreement have been received will an apartment be reserved in your name.
You will need to sign a full Offer to Purchase and make arrangements for the payment of a 10% deposit payment within 48 hours, failing which your apartment will be made available to other buyers.
